Product came broken both times!!!!! Lipsticks and eyeshadow palette was scratched up. I payed hard working money on that. Nobody deserves to buy a product and it doesn’t come like how it should be.

I really didn’t receive an answer with I could be satisfied, you only give me something that didn’t resolved my issue, didn’t offered me more options of solutions and didn’t contact me directly.

I never received my items I spent 159$ and they are making it a pain I already explained ups isn’t giving me a claim number and then only way I. Have to contact ups is through some portal where the message I send them is no longer visible on my side and they are not trying to help at all. I will never order or even buy colorpop items in store now. This is what I’d expect from a random Chinese makeup page

Everything in the order I personally placed for gifts arrived perfect and beautiful as was expected and my niece was very happy! The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because my friend gifted me a ColorPop palette for Christmas and one shadow broke upon opening the actual palette and another center one arrived misaligned with the holes and I can't access 1/2 of that shadow (but it's not the WORST thing in the world) but other than that the quality is superb and I love the good sized mirror in my palette too!

My package is lost and the only answer my email got was an automatic one. I buy from Italy a couple of time a year, I probably will do even less
