I order from Colourpop often and am never disappointed! Yes, they come out with a lot at one time, but I think it's great! That way, there's enough for all kinds of different preferences. Those with darker or lighter skin have more choices on what looks good on them or what they prefer. Their quality is great, usually and they're shipping, although it can be a little slow sometimes, the packaging is always great and I have yet to receive a broken or banged up palette. I would definitely give these guys 5 out of 5 for being innovative, consistent and an all around good company to purchase from!

I have ordered the same thing from Colourpop 4 times now. I was ordering it as a Christmas gift. Every single time it has come in, it was completely shattered. I could not give it as a Christmas gift, as it is January 6 and my replacement still has not come in yet. The last time my cheek quad came in smashed they gave me a store credit to purchase a new one instead of sending another replacement, but the credit wasn’t even enough to buy a new cheek quad so their mistake ended up costing me more money.
