One of the best make up companies out there and the fact it is so cheap is a huge perk. I've never received an item I didn't love.

All purchases from Colourpop are always well packaged, the items come in tact and I’ve never had issues with my orders. Love their products - always high quality! Keep up with the amazing work Colourpop :) I hope some day we have a Colourpop store opened here in Bulgaria I’m sure everyone will appreciate the reasonable prices and the high end quality of your products!

Very affordable great colors. I got everything at the Black Friday special so it was a real good deal then. The packaging isn’t ideal as everything is very big and not easy to carry with you. So wouldn’t call any of them a “compact case”. And one item arrived broken. However with all that being said I think the product itself is 5 stars.

I ordered Online because of selection. Order was wrong, getting it fixed I almost Felt like I was Being accused of lying. Pictures of products received, packing lists and then list of what we didn’t receive. They handled it okay, but it was not the kind of return I want To do when the company is in the wrong. Then I open My lip pencil and it has zero color in it, BUT I dont Want to deal with customer service again Soo I’ll eat the $$ spent and never shop online again. Ulta has ZERO questions about returns. I’ll keep shopping at the store. As far as the other stuff the blotting lip is awesome and my brushes are pretty too.

I can’t love colourpop enough. They always have wonderful products and great customer service. My address was incorrect and I messaged right away and they were able to fix it for me. Most company’s have told me I’d have to cancel or attempt to change it. I look forward to future product launches. They are always having the products at the best value.
