The products I purchased are amazing ! however my first shipment was marked as delivered but I never received it. Customer service was great and they sent me a second shipment. The 2nd shipment's tracking never updated and i didnt know it was shipped until the package arrived 2 weeks later. Shipment to Canada is definitely problematic.

Absolutely love my new eyeshadows! The colours are gorgeous and they blend like a dream. I'm so impressed with the quality, at a reasonable price.

While I love colourpop items and will always use them, customer service sucks. I received an order incomplete with just one item, and when trying to upload the problem online it kept saying error. I tried for 2 days and got the same response and because of course there is no number to reach anyone I could not have the mistake corrected. Products great, customer service sucks and needs improvement.

ColorPop is easily my favorite brand to use right now! Everything I've used in the last couple years has been perfectly pigmented, LOTS of variety, and the price is right! I started using ipsy a few months ago, and they offer some pricy stuff, and ColorPop just proves you don't need pricy to get amazing results! Love love love!!
