An amazing pencil...enlarges the eyes

Placed my order on January 27, 2022, with the valentines day collection. Its an internacional shipping to mexico, so I understand it takes more time. One month after I reach out to custumer service asking about my package, it turns out they forgot to send it. I recived my order today March 12, 2022 with the valentinces day collection because of a mistake. Very unhappy with the products, the valentines day collection blushes are described has MATTE FINSH AND THEY HAVE SHIMMER. Very disappointed

I absolutelove everything I've ever purchased from color pop!! There eyeshadow formula is the best, there lipstick and lip liners are so creamy!! I love colourpop and would and do highly recommend

Eyeshadow palette came in broken. I do however love the lux lipstick formula so it makes up for the broken stuff.

The products are amazing but customer service is ridiculous. I’ve had 3 serperate orders be half missing and the other half completely broken. Sent pictures and was completely ignored by 5 different agents. Then was told there was nothing they could do because they have a no refund,exchange or return policy. That includes damages then I was also told that it was too late todo anything because it had been 2 weeks since the package was marked delivered even though that entire time I was emailing non stop to customer service trying to fix the problem. Then another order they sent me the wrong items which agian had to email 3 seperate people and be ignored each time and they said they would send a replacement and never did. I do not like they’re customer service at all. So be prepared to get screwed if your order doesn’t come out right.
