I love the brand a the reason for the review is there customer services SUCKS! I clearly got something shattered. The shade is a single shadow that exclusive to the palette so I cant buy it individually, I was given $5 Colourpop credit to purchase a shadow I can’t purchase. When I brought this up I was given the option of refund. So I thought they would refund me the whole price of the palette …. Nope … $5 again for the ONE that broke that I CANT buy INDIVIDUALLY! At this point it was a waste of money. Palette doesn’t make me excited anymore for the simple fact they didn’t offer to replace it. It was broken either from warehouse to me or broken at the warehouse itself …. I sent photos the other shadows was DESTROYED because one shade shattered…. But $5 to repurchase shade I can’t even buy was suppose to make it better??????? Yeaaaaah no. They just lost a very loyal customer.

The eyeshadow has a vibrant shade and its shimmer eyeshadow does show. Also the packaging its pretty nice and colorful
