I've ordered from Colourpop three times now. Each time I have received my product on time or received communication that delivery will be delayed (which I appreciate!). The products are as described, and the quality matches the price point. For my last order, the makeup arrived damaged in shipping. I emailed their team with pictures of the damage and heard back within 48 hours. They sent me a new item, and this time it arrived in great condition! Overall good products, a responsive team, and effective customer service.

I ordered a couple of lip colors, which I love. I also got the tinted moisturizer with hyaluronic acid which I love very much.

The shipment came very quickly which I appreciated. The product is excellent.

The colors of the palette i got were pretty I did not use the makeup yet but by swatching the colors some were pigmented others were not. Also for the black eyeshadow palette one of the eyeshadow colors was not centralized at its base and was partially covered by the plastic.
