Colourpop does not accept returns. Terrible policy.

Colourpop is a disappointment to the makeup community and every member of the LGBTQ+ group. I will be discontinuing any further purchases from this company due to their recent support of the TERF Supreme. Shame shame shame.

Since I live in the EU and heard about the horrendous shipping experience that others had to go through I shipped it to a friend in the US and guess what they just lost the package. And had no apology or explanation, just we’ll send it again and if you still don’t get it, we won’t refund you. Sucks to suck ig. I will NEVER be shopping from them again.

I love Colourpop and their products! I received everything in a timely manner and was super happy with my eye-shadow purchase, all of the colors are beautiful!

Had allergic reaction to glitter they would not refund or replace. I have used this in the past and loved it but not this time
