It’s so difficult to place order for someone abroad. It took more than a month for me to receive the parcel. Also, the box is not it good condition. Some of the products are already dented.

Great products and good prices, however the international shipping costs are often a deterrent and I need to wait to make a big order to make it worth my while cost wise.

Did not get my delivery at all and received terrible customer service

I just love all things colourpop I got on this order their new line their creamy bronzer which when on like a dream and I just love it, but I also have many of their Eye pallets which are very pigmented and long wearing. They are always fast in shipping and great customer, also never fail their pricing is always amazing but they usually run sales alot of times too so their are a win win cause you are getting drug store pricing with high end products love it.....

Great products!

My package was never delivered. Colourpop offered to resend the products but mins later said that they won’t cause it showed as delivered, asked me to talk with USPS, then this company send me again to talk to colourpop. I wasted time and money. Today is September 11th and still don’t have my products, still upset and sad cause I know as company you don’t care. But I was so happy and expected it to be a great experience cause were products of collabs. Sadly I won’t buy again in your webpage cause you don’t have a good policy cause you have to secure the packages, to make sure that your clients really recibe the orders. If I wear colourpop products again would be cause someone else gave it to me. I will never ever buy again in this website.
