Overall the product was great. But charged for a "free gift". Was able to get a refund through customer service, but still had to reach out to customer service to get refunded for the gift.

Because the shipment was sent from Germany, I had to pay taxes in Colombia, I hope that the shipment was direct from the United States to Colombia, but since it was sent from Germany, I had to pay taxes due to a very bad experience. I was wait around one month

Best lip crayon on the market. I was so sad when the local Beauty shop stop selling this particular item. So disappointed— i’m so happy I found it online I bought five of the same color . Super moisturizing love this product ( all other lip crayons in all price ranges dry my lips out so bad ) it is the perfect color as I can get away with wearing it during the day and when I go out at night. Best thing about this product is it is so affordable YOU CANNOT GET A BETTER PRODUCT FOR THIS PRICE.
