I never got the package.

What made my item important to me that nothing was crack or opened just what i wanted like the photo.

I gave my daughter a spend limi. The ad said free delivery, so she gaily went ahead & chose what she wanted. When we checked out more than £40 was added to the total for 'shipping'. Surely delivery & shipping are the same thing? She was gutted as had to put a few things back to cover this cost. The delivery/shipping ad is very misleading.

I love Colourpop "Starling" lipstick. It is so smooth and beautiful. The texture of the lipstick is matte but my lips don't feel dry at all. It is a truly beautiful lipstick

Never got the product I ordered. They said it would take 21 business days (since this is international shipping), which in my case it should have been delivered to me on Dec 12. It is Dec 19 and I have not received the package yet. I tried contacting customer service but they were not able to offer a solution.

Great products at a great price point. Fun products with always something new. Quick shipping.

Love the products and the care taken in packing items up to make it safely to their destination.

Product arrived when promised & was in great condition.
