I ordered the character makeup sets. They are for my granddaughters for Christmas. I was delighted with the packaging and the quality of the products that I ordered. I can hardly wait for them to open their gifts.

Don't Trust the Reviews on their site! I ordered the Level Up Mascara which was new at the time back in March. I didn't care for it and wrote a review, not sure if I gave it one or two stars. If you go to their website today there are 159 reviews and there are ZERO one-, two-, or three-star reviews! Only fours and fives. Many of the products on their website have very few negative reviews, which seems unlikely. A product may not work for everyone, even if the product itself is a good product. Many people (myself included) consider whether or not to buy something at least partially based on the reviews a product receives. If you do buy something on their site, I would advise not to base your decision on reviews.

Fast shipping great products,true to description

Great pigments for the price! One would think cuz they are cheap that the quality would be lacking but nope!! Easy to blend, no fading or patching & the colors are vivid. Definitely going to buying more from Colourpop now!!

Great quality products at an even more awesome price. I love the variety of products, scents, colors and colabs. The only issue I find with this company is that it takes about 3 days to fulfill an order and a couple of days to ship it. Since the time I placed my order until I got it it took about 12 days

One item wasn't sent. When I contacted customer service they responded with a gift code for the purchase value of the item which didn't even cover taxes. It took several messages to get a refund instead and they claimed it was a one time courtesy that they would refund an item THEY DID NOT SEND. I like the products I did get, but this response was really subpar customer service in both their minimal communication and the fact that they tried to issue me a shopping credit for less than I paid them for the item.

Gave this to my sister. She absolutely loved it. So many gorgeous colors and shiny metallics! Well made. The sale was perfect. I was able to get it. Thanks
