Do yourself a favor and do NOT order from this company. I ordered a makeup pallet for a Christmas gift, with a delivery date of Dec 23. Well now USPS is saying I will see delivery on Dec 29th. What a joke because when I reached out to ColourPop to resolve the issue, they informed me to contact the delivery carrier. I told them “WAY TO WASH YOUR HANDS ABOUT THE PROBLEM”. They would not EVEN refund me the purchase when it’s CLEARLY their error or the error of the delivery service THEY use. Below is the PROFESSIONAL response I got from Ms. Miranda. Beware of making business with this company, as they clearly do not care for their customers. Unfortunately as previously advised, we have a no return or refund policy.
