I love the products! Shipping to Germany is also quite fast. I don't like to pay the customs fee, but that's not Colourpop's fault.

Colourpop sent the wrong items. I had to contact them 3 times before they responded. This took 10 working days. They said they would not send the correct parcel and would refund instead. I asked why this was as it was a gift, I would rather the parcel than a refund. They refused to answer the question, instead they responded a week later with the same message and informed me that if I wanted the items, I would have to place a new order. I asked if they would compensate the shipping as this error is not mine. Another week later they refused to do this also. They offered me $5 off my next order which is unacceptable as it does not match the cost of global shipping. I did not re-order the gift and won’t use the company again.

Items are missing in my order. Have been mailing 4 times since 24th january about it.. no message back!!!! Its been almost a month with no help.

My 2 eye shadows were shipped quickly. They were reasonably priced and just what I was looking for. No complaints. Thank you!

I bought the items as a gift for someone else. She absolutely loved the Star Wars and Darth Vader eyeshadow palettes and the cute little makeup bag with Baby Yoda.

Colourpop has one of the best eyeshadow formulas on the market. I have consistently had nothing but top rated reviews on every product I have purchased. Being in Canada, it's not quite the cost effective brand like it might be in the USA, as shipping fees and the conversion of usd to cad hurts, but watching for the sales and specials is so worth it. Every product I've tried is top quality from makeup, to skincare, and body care. I've loved watching this little company grow, and reach for the stars.
