I loved the way that the packaging looks! The way that the eyeshadow sticks are very creamy and they go on beautifully. I just love it all.

Made an order a couple of days after Christmas, it was shipping internationally and I knew it could take up to 21 business days to arrive. I received a tracking number and then, nothing. It never updated past 'Data received'. I waited the amount of time they ask you to wait before enquiring and reached out. I then waited over a week and received no reply from customer service! I had to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back, and I never heard a word from the company. Avoid at all costs.

I have not recibe my packge yet. I mande the order on december 26 since 2024.

Easy to search... I like that you have a description of a color, instead of just saying a color name. That way I know what color "Twice Shy" really is: a warm nude. This makes is so much easier to shop, and get the color that you are looking for: for yourself, or for a gift for your best friend. I also like that you can easily search by a general color. So if I am in the mood for "something blue," all the options for blue populate. Many websites don't do this, and I appreciate that you do. It makes shopping much easier, and then I am not complaining that I got the wrong color. (Again!) Instead, I get the right color - the first time. :) This makes you heads above your competitors. Keep on being fabulous!

The customer service response time is way to long in my opinion, and their answers are often unhelpful. Their products are also not as good as they could or should be. Like why are their pallets not plastic free yet?

I love the matte setting spray- great for oily skin, packaged very nicely, great price and arrived on time. I love colourpop! All of the makeup is so nice and affordable.
