The goods had a really high quality, they are so smooth on the skin and they smell nice! Some items were missing, but i got refunded for them!

Shipping is so SLOW! Ordered with priority mail, 5 days later my items finally ship but have not moved via postal service at all. Just label created. This is my third order from them and EVERY SINGLE TIME, this has happened. Won’t order from them again.

They sent me wrong order and they have yet to respond back to the problem. But they send so many emails everyday about their "sales".

The products are pretty good for the price point and the collaborations are always fun. Customer service is severely lacking and is why I only shop at ColourPop when I really really want something.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I bought the twilight sets for my mom, sisters, and myself. I really appreciate that everything was so well packed with bubble wrap that nothing was damaged in transit. That makes a big difference in how I feel about ordering again in the future. I have had bad experiences with so many companies that don’t make sure that the items are packed in a way that ensures nothing will be damaged and so often I receive things I ordered broken. I also loved the quality and beauty of the makeup. Not only that but the boxes that the makeup came in are so beautiful and have such detail.

There is only a contact us that seemingly links to the internet. Had faulty product sent to us and no way to communicate for a reorder.

It's been over a month since I made my purchase and I still haven't received anything. I've tried reaching both the delivery service and colourpop with no answer so far. Really disappointed on the complete lack of attention.
