Ordered an eyeshadow stick that was a bit too dark, a bit too brown. Asked "Customer Service" (or whatever ColourPop calls their advisors) for an alternate suggestion. Weeks later: nothing. That's how much more business I'll do with this company.

Products were as described in the website. The packaging was beautiful, a souvenir to keep! Shipping took longer than I expected but the wait was worth it.

horrible customer service. they dont take retoures and one of my shadows came totally busted and i did never get an answer from colourpop, even after many messages!

The color of the eyeliner is bright, and goes-on very smoothly. I would definitely buy it again!

Customer service. I love colourpop but need to improve customer service. I still haven’t received an order i made about a month ago and when i “did” they send it somewhere else literally an hour away of my address i reached out and til this day i finally got a response.
