Purchased the spring mystery box, received 10 items. Snow white eye palette, small eye palette, blush, hair clips, blush, luxe gloss, 2 Lippies and something else. As always cute packaging and good products, I'm happy with the box

I ordered the $50 mystery box and I wasn’t in love with it. I got three lipsticks, and the rest of it was all press powders (one blush, and the rest was all eyeshadow). I was hoping for more of a variety of products like in the smaller mystery box. So I was disappointed. I won’t be ordering it again.

I am missing a star only because the Mystery box was 75$ with taxes in Canadian funds for 5 items. Other than that love ❤ Colourpop.

Response time seems long. My order was missing the Mystery box. It was Friday (3/3) so I did not get an email response until Tuesday (3/7). I received new tracking number the next day 3/8. My package is supposed to arrive today 3/14. The thing is i live in Arizona and packages from Oxnard can usually arrive in a two days by regular mail. This just seems like a very long time to receive the MISSING item from my order. We are at eleven days if the package is delivered today.

Just trying out the makeup, and I honestly love everything about the makeup and the outcome after every time I’m done with the makeup. And also the skin care is amazing and love the way it makes my face feel. It’s very refreshing. I’m seriously in love with all of y’all’s products, and hope to keep shopping and trying out more of the makeup and skin care products y’all continue to sale! Xoxo ❤️
