Absolutely love their Lippie Stix + pencils and their eye shadow palettes! I have multiple of each. The lipstick lasts forever and with the pencil it never gets runny but stays in place. The eye shadow colours are super intense and do not fade even if you’re out all night and it’s humid and/or potentially sweaty.

I really liked the products!! And I think it’s great quality for the price. Although for international orders I recommend you take your country’s regulations seriously because in most cases you need to pay additionally the VAT and duty’s fee. I must admit I overlooked this aspect. Overall I am happy with my products.

I've ordered a few times from Colourpop since 2016. Their products aren't bad: good prices, good quality, and local to me. That said, every single order I've ever made has either 1. arrived with half the items broken 2. never arrived so this happens and you contact their customer service asking for either a replacement or at least a partial refund? You'll never get a response back, and these days they just have an FAQ form that openly says if your order never arrives or is bounced they won't refund you and good luck with a response. Keep an eye on your orders, when you make them, and make sure you make them with a credit card that you can easily dispute charges if need be, because Colourpop has no intention of responding to anything or getting you what you ordered.

I did not get my package. I did get a refund. But this is the only time I ordered. I really wanted what I bought but I probably won't order again.
