Love it beyond words

I love ColourPop. About 95% of my makeup is ColourPop. Please make more pressed glitters!!! Y’all’s are the best, and there just isn’t a large enough selection! Also, if you rename something, such as a highlighter, maybe let us know? So when we go to look for it, we can find it again? 💜

Yr product is always out, I sign up for notify email and never get them!

Website makes it clear what is in stock at all times. Order and checkout process is quick and easy. Any time I have had an issue with an order, their customer support is quick to reply and fix the issue.

Love the products, but their website often won't load and it takes a long time for orders to process and ship. I order from a lot of online companies and ColourPop is easily the slowest when it comes to receiving an order. That being said, packaging is great and I have never received an incorrect or damaged order.

The product is really good. I love the quality and despite having very sensitive skin, it didn't hurt it. The only downside of the whole shopping experience was the shipping. It took too long to ship and arrive, the tracking number didn't provide me real tracking information other than "sent to/received by (courier company)" after that, I was totally blind, I even used external sites to see if I could check in a better way but nothing. Not even updates by email. It was mere luck that I decided to order 2 months in advance prior my event because otherwise the products wouldn't have been useful to me. They arrived a month later, in good conditions and complete, just consider the time sensitiveness when you order.

I loved everything, the quality is amazing and everything is just so cute.
