Every single eye pallet or eye liner I get is a win! The colors are amazing and the wear is is beautiful. No creasing, no fallout. I love it!

Product quality - Overall, I’d give the products 4/5. There’s occasionally a pan (color) that isn’t as blendable or the color payoff isn’t top tier, but, especially in this price range, they’re very solid. I’ve been super surprised and pleased by the quality of the concealers, too. Inclusivity and Range - They have a great range for face products (dark to light skin tones represented). When included on a product page, swatches are shown on different skin tones. I wish more of their products had that sort of swatch imagery included. As for colors in eye and cheek products, they have great color offerings that are so hard to find, much less at this price point. Packaging - From the shipping boxes to the product packaging to the physical product containers, the packaging is always an absolute treat. As a designer, I absolutely adore thoughtful packaging and CP nails it every time. I love seeing the adorable designs in my palettes (e.g., Sailor Moon, Lizzie McGuire, Barbie, Mandalorian) when I sit down to do my makeup. Cannot overstate how fabulous they all are. Even the basics like the SuperShock shadows and blushes have simple but distinctive and cute containers. The shipping and product containers are also sturdy and I’ve never gotten something in the mail that wasn’t in mint condition. Website - The website is straightforward and user-friendly overall. There are a few quirks when accessing it via mobile that aren’t ideal (e.g., filtering options missing vs the desktop version), and the functionality of the cart sidebar could be better (e.g., being able to click the in-cart products to see the actual product page). Customer service— I’ve only had to contact customer service once, and the exchange was relatively simple and hassle-free. The initial contact form was thorough enough that I could give a solid history of my concern. Once I heard back, they were able to resolve things quickly.

Colorpop is and always will be such a wonderful company to buy from.Always satisfaction with service and quality. Shipping is good timing to me.

I give it only 4 stars because for me who lives in Spain it is a bit of a hassle to buy, what if customs, what if shipping costs... but even so they have very high quality products but for those of us who live outside the United States It is a chore because it is not so affordable or low cost.

Despite, reaching out multiple,multiple times. Received no assistance despite my multiple attempts to reach customer service. It would be nice if a manager/supervisor would intervene once a customer reaches out more than a couple of times.When problem continues without a resolution. Honestly after fifteen times. I just chalked it up to experience. I will never purchase from Colour pop again and I will retell my unpleasant experience with anyone within earshot distance where and when applicable

Very good quality products at very good prices!

The eyeshadow palettes I purchased are beautiful. They are easy to apply, and last all day. I am a bit unhappy about two things: shipping was quite slower than expected; one of the palettes did not have the colors as they looked in the pictures, nor could I recreate the look as seen on the model.
