The Twilight Lux lip oils are fantastic, great color and not sticky. The Sol kabuki brush is the softest thing I've ever felt.

Quick order process, well packaged and great product. Will buy again.

All customer service interaction was great, product is great, I wish print on packaging stayed on. After only a week of use the print started rubbing off.

Great themes, colors, and formulas. This keeps me interested and want to buy more!

The site glitched the first time I ordered, so I reordered again, admittedly somewhat close to my need for the make-up (11 days), but with shipping being stated as 5-7 days, and most companies delivering much under that in the lower 48, I thought I'd be fine. They didn't even create the shipping label until day 10! I had sent multiple emails to them after the first few days, inquiring about the shipping, as I had got an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation. It's been 2 weeks, I now have a shipping confirmation, but I already spent $95 dollars replacing what I needed for the event that happened 3 days ago and the order still isn't here. Super disappointed that they weren't more transparent about the timeline, huge waste of money on make-up I no longer need. Still no response from customer service, 3 emails later (there's no # to call)

The makeup quality is excellent. The packaging is beautiful. Ordering online was simple and easy.

The majority of the makeup I received consisted of over the top, theatrical, unwearable colors. Yellow eyeliner? Fuscia eye shadow? Rusty brick lip gloss? I mean knew there would be some duds - it was a mystery box after all - but only a clown or an enterprising three year old could make use of the nonsense in this box. To make matters worse, the shipping was ludicrous. It took almost three weeks to arrive. I paid for shipping - it wasn’t free- but I’m pretty sure ColourPop sent the package to China before having it shipped to me. That I’m even give this order three stars is for the following reasons: 1. It was a mystery box so I guess so the crappy, neon joke of a color selection is technically on me. 2. The makeup, while ludicrous and unusable, does seem to be high quality and well formulated. 3. I won’t have to purchase any additional cosmetics for the Halloween clown costume I now have planned for later this year.
