I received a flawed product and they replaced it.

My package was returned before I received it and it took weeks to hear back from colorpop, when I did they offered to either give credit or try resending the product. I opted to resend and still haven't received that package weeks later.

These products are amazing! I think I've found my place for makeup 😍 I did find that I had to use a primer for the eye shadow, after that the eyeshadow didn't have as much fallout and it stayed in place.

La paleta es pigmentada, aunque preferiría que sea un poco más, aunque se puede trabajar en capas, y me gustaria que tenga colores de tono medio, porque tiene pocos; y que tenga más colores intensos para acentuar la mirada.
