Crumbling eye shadows. I loved everything sent in my package. However, I had crumbling pans from three eye shadow palettes within two weeks. I am highly disappointed. Makeup is a luxury in my budget, and it was frustrating to spend money on something to fall apart so quickly.

I usually love colourpop products but one of the super shock shadows in my last order arrived dry and cracked. I'm very sad about this because I was very excited to use it. 😢

The shipping took longer than expected but the items were in perfect conditions :) I just love their products even if I don't get to buy often because the shipping cost to Italy is way to high for me and I have to pay custom fees too...

One of the lipglosses I ordered was spilling and messy when I received it! They were kind enough to send me another one but the exact same thing happened. Not worth the hassle over an 8 dollar lipgloss
