I am disappointed with my recent order experience, despite liking their produits. I did not receive half of the products I ordered, and on top of that, I was sent an item I never ordered by mistake. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund initially. The company offered to send the missing products, but I couldn’t accept because it would have cost me more in customs fees. While I appreciate that a refund was finally processed, they deducted the cost of the item that was sent to me in error without any prior agreement or offer to return this item. Overall, I’m not satisfied with how this was handled.

I loved the colors and the packaging! They were gorgeous and they came on time which was nice! I wish they were handled a little better because one of my eyeshadow palettes had streaks and prints on it that had to be wiped off and two of them don’t close right (it closes and clicks shut but it doesn’t close tightly and properly for some reason). The main issue though is that my eyeshadow pans were loose in their palettes as soon as I opened them. There wasn’t any fallout and none of the colors were ruined but they were pretty loose and wobbly.

As a quadriplegic on a below poverty income I'm limited as to what I can buy. Thanks to Colourpop I can get high quality make up that I can afford. I'm absolutely IN LOVE with the new lip gloss formula & paddle applicator. The eye shadow are AMAZING & last all day. The lipsticks are hydrating, last for hours, & are so perfect for work, date night, or just because. I'm BEYOND THANKFUL for Colourpop! Oh and the BEST part... They're made in USA.

Tellement déçue de colourpop. Cliente habituée, je fais une commande vendredi pour profiter de la promo 25% sur la bootique. Bug sur mobile : impossible de passer à la page de paiement. Je fais une capture d'écran de mon panier, je me connecte sur pc et je vérifie que tout est la. Le panier est bon je valide ouf le paiement passe. Sauf qu'au récapitulatif, très désagréable surprise. Le mascara bleu et mascara rose a été changé en 2 mascaras roses. Je contacte colourpop pour informer du problème et demander un correctif sur.ma commande. Réponse à une fidèle cliente : NON. Mais on peut essayer d'annuler votre commande, et donc asseyez vous sur la promo c'est perdu. Très déçue de la manière de traiter ses clients. Je passe les multiples échanges farfelus que j'ai eu avant. Du coup, et bien avoir claque tout mon fric chez colourpop, je passerai mon chemin. Mon mari qui me disait mais t'inquiète pas, chez nous quand on a une erreur de commande le service client fait la correction, ils vont jamais te dire non. Ben si, c'est possible de mal traiter ses clients ! So disappointed with colourpop. Regular customer, I placed an order on Friday to take advantage of the 25% promo on the shop. Bug on mobile: impossible to go to the payment page. I take a screenshot of my basket, I connect to the PC and I check that everything is there. The basket is good I validate phew the payment goes through. Except that in the summary, very unpleasant surprise. The blue mascara and pink mascara were changed to 2 pink mascaras. I contact colourpop to inform them of the problem and ask for a fix on my order. Response to a loyal customer: NO. But we can try to cancel your order, and so sit on the promo it's lost. Very disappointed with the way they treat their customers. I'll skip the multiple wacky exchanges I had before. So, well having blown all my money on colourpop, I'll move on. My husband who told me but don't worry, at work when we have an order error the customer service makes the correction, they will never say no to you. Well yes, it is possible to treat customers badly!

Great product. Have all the colors that I like in one palette. Makes getting ready in the morning fast. Love the quality of these shadows.

Love the products. Especially the lipstick
