Look pedals were good. The bottle cages were more pink than red vs. the images online.

Absolutely incredible service! My bike arrived quickly, was packaged extremely well, and was easy to finish assembling. Everything worked perfectly except for one component that wasn't functioning properly. I contacted their customer service team, and they responded immediately. They quickly started the warranty process and shipped a replacement part without any hassle. They have taken care of everything from start to finish. What impressed me most was receiving a personal phone call from a real person who took the time to explain exactly how they were going to resolve the issue. That level of customer service is rare these days. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. They are doing business the right way!

Hi Gerald, We are very disappointed to read your review. The product we shipped to you was brand new, and our records show it was delivered within 48 hours. We also cannot find any record of you contacting our customer service team to report that it was damaged or to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. We take great pride in the quality of our products and in providing a high standard of after-sales support. However, if your product arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer service team, and we will do everything we can to put things right. - Customer Support Team
