Response from The Colorado CyclistJul 10, 2026
Hi Gabriel, Thank you for leaving us a review and sharing your experience. As discussed in our emails, both your emails went straight to our spam folder, and we're unable to see them right away. We're glad we were able to resolve this via email. Your refund has been issued back to the same payment method you used. Thank you for giving us a chance to make it right. We hope to serve you again in the future. - Customer Support Team

Extremely easy process and I received my bike 3 days before the ETA. Love my purchase was easy to assemble and the bike has a solid feel and rides really nice. Would definitely purchase from them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks
