Quick response and fulfillment of order. Item arrived in damaged packaging. Not sure if it was packaging or not but item showed signs of wear with 1-2 scratches.

Parts were available, shipping was fast, shipping price was outrageous. Yes I paid it but small MTB brake bolt clips that could have been shipped in a padded envelope were shipped in a medium sized 5x5” box for more than the $7.00 or so I paid for 7 clips. Gave a 3 based on shipping cost alone. Was going to go 2 but they did have the part and did ship fast. I know the guy boxing them up had to have been thinking the box was a total waste.

My experience in the company was great. However the item purchased was not true to size. Despite measuring and picking the size based on these measurements, the triathlon suit is about two sizes too small, unfortunately, but it did end up fitting my seven year old daughter!😂

You sent me two warped tires which I didn't look close enough until after I pulled off of the attached company stickers. I had to use them because I pulled off the company stickers and destroyed them. The tires could not go onto the wheels in a balanced way because they are warped.
