Absolute SCAM! Cancelled my free trial and they still took 29.99 out of my account!! Had to raise a dispute with my bank. BEWARE!!

if i could rate a 0 i would. paid $0.99 for the results, didn’t get any results…. and $42 taken out of my bank acc a couple weeks later so yeah horrible website, let me know if anyone knows how to cancel it

Scam. What is advertised as a small one time payment of $1.40CAN becomes a reoccurring subscription of $41.76 without your knowledge or consent. Canceling is impossible because when you try to login nothing loads as if the server doesn’t exist. Only gives an email option to cancel and havent heard back yet but i doubt i will because they are a deliberate scam. Will have to dispute the charge with my bank when its posted and no longer just pending. On top of all this the initial colour analysis they send you after what you thought was a small one time payment is completely wrong. I knew better than to use photos for colour analysis because every photo has different lighting so there is no way to tell from pictures. You should only have colour analysis done in real life. But this was advertised as very cheap so i thought id give it a try and very much regret falling for a scam.

Absolute SCAM!!! They advertise a €1 payment, but you’re then locked into a €25 subscription. Canceling is deliberately difficult. On top of that, the color analysis is incorrect. Overall, a very bad experience.

Absolute scam Paid for colour analysis for £1 and got £23 removed from my bank account a few weeks later . Not sure how to cancel and customer service sounds dreadful.

One star as u had to ... absolutely disgusting scam ...my young granddaughter wanted to see how her hair would look a different colour and wasn't aware as most young girls don't and it never stated was a subscription until 22.99 came out of my bank. Ive reported to bank as fraud as it is...

SCAM We never purchased anything from this vendor and all of a sudden we have charges on one of our cards. Card cancelled. Claim submitted.
