A little bit of useful info but no styles that actually reflect my hair or hair type.

They have taken money from my account. I have stopped the so-called monthly sunscription for joining up but it never advices you this is what they will do.

I did a quiz online to get a hair analysis no pay window popped up I didn't opt in for a paid service I used it once and then they tried to deduct 30 pounds from my account Thats just not right I emailed them right away and cancelled explaining why ..seems like fleecing

It doesn't show changes

The product is pretty limited and quite clunky. It is critical of every outfit you wear and upload for feedback so there’s no winning. It diminishes your sense of self worth which, let’s be honest, wasn’t red hot when initially downloading an app like this anyway. The cancellation process is extremely lengthy and convoluted. I thought I had cancelled months ago just to find my card was charged again yesterday - I had to go to three separate websites like a game of ping-pong to actually cancel (and I won’t believe it till the next debit date comes and goes without money leaving my account). I’m unable to delete my bank card details out of their app which I strongly disagree with as my personal details remain online.
