Scam! You do not get info that there is subscription, it initially shows just one dolar to get your results. On day 6 they tried charging me full subscription but bank rejected it. I sent very angry email because: They hide that it it only trial They did not give full 7 days I blocked my card so they are not going to get money from me for sure

Absolute SCAM!!! Paid for the colour analysis, there was no mention of it being a subscription!! Was very shocked when £29.90 came out of my account a week later!!!

0 stars. The 0.99 chart is actually for a 7 day trial and not for the results or app itself. This is not shared on the payment screen. They hide it in the receipt email, and charge your card automatically for a subscription you never signed up for. Customer service is useless, citing their return policy is no refunds. They know exactly what they’re doing. On top of that the app is shit.

Terrible and a scam, no confirmation email or any notice of you paying for a subscription is given. Charged me $30 and refuse to refund it even though I have enquired within minutes of the money being taken from my account and without my consent for a subscription

I paid $1.50 AUD for a trial without realising what the Terms and Conditions were, the confirmation email went straight to spam folder. Charged me $45 AUD a week later. Their app is really glitchy, the fine print is not obvious at all on the website nor the app. Refused even a partial refund. Rude and unhelpful. Avoid!

Scam. I took a free quiz and recieved nothing in return. Found out 3 months later they were charging my Visa every 2 months. I didnt even have an account with them. They refuse to refund my money. Do not click on those links.

"Paid" $1 for my analysis results and never got access to my account when trying to login. I also have not gotten charged for my trial. I emailed the company to ask that they cancel my subscription and refund any potential charges. I have not received a response. I wish I read the complaints here prior to paying for the results, I was able to see the message about a reoccurring fee if I failed to cancel my subscription but did not think that they would block access to creating an account completely. Very heinous and deceptive tactics.
