They say it's only one dollar but they charge you $30 after a week of paying even if you aren't using it. No cancellation button in sight so it is extremely hard to terminate the payments.

This is a scam! They charged the 1. Then 39. A week to my credit card.

*Update*- in fairness they have just replied to my email and 'have processed' my refund request. Maybe not a scam as such, (as they have agreed to give me my money back) but a very crafty subscription catch to sign you up. Just beware ! I fell for this scam 🙈. Only checked here after! Paid for the 99p offer but then £29.90 was taken from my card 7 days later as an unwanted subscription. Have reported and submitted a chargeback claim with my bank. (No answer from color analysis pro emails)

Scam! They never mention you pay for a trial, they lure you with a cheap price for a report which by the way is mediocre, then they charge you monthly stating it was trial period. Why would you want a trial of a single report? Scam!

Would have given 0 but wasnt an option. Do not click on this. Cost 75p so I thought, now they have taken £29.99 from my account. No option to cancel visible on page. I had no idea I was signing up to a subscription, this is not clear on site. Also, useless site.

AVOID! As per a lot of the other reviews, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. They lead you through all the questions and then charge you $0.99 at the end for the results knowing you’re likely to pay after all that, no mention that you are signing up for a $29.99 per month subscription until you get your results email. No way to cancel subscription on the website despite them saying you can, so emailed asking to cancel. Since some of the previous reviews say that despite being told the subscription had been cancelled were still charged, I haven’t waited for a reply but went straight to my bank to request a block. I usually check TrustPilot first but stupidly didn’t in this occasion because hadn’t been intending to purchase anything initially.

Scam. They have been charging 74$ a month . Never got initial result or any product or service & have not been able cancel through them. Lots of dealing with the bank and cards now. They should be taken down &!prosecuted.
