coliving are super helpful, good communication; I am having a good experience with them :)

Reserved a room in a coliving space. They promise to respond within 48 hours, but I had to wait for three days to get a response: 'we've received your message and get back to you asap.' The day after I asked if they could let me know what the status was, because other options were running out. I didn't get a response. Two days after that I sent another message with the same question. This message was still unseen today (four days later). I missed a couple of good other options, because I was waiting for a response. Would not recommend Coliving to anyone.

The Customer Service, in this case Ana, was very helpful with the bookings I made.

Really helpful team, really great concept. I stayed with Selina; I had a couple of issues to work through but the team were super helpful in resolving them.

Coliving.com was a great way for me to find an affordable place to stay when moving to LA. I found a place that I felt at home in with lots of really cool people. I would definitely use coliving.com again in the future!

I had an issue with one of the hosts announced in coliving but coliving has interfered and change all the things as well as ensured the devolutions you can trust in it - good

Coliving is my go to platform to find a nice community while traveling. It’s fun to meet great people along the way and explore together. Also, their customer service is unmatched and that’s why I always consider them first.
