Absolute scam! Absolute scam! Do not buy! I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered beginning September and still not arrived. I’ve queried this many times over the last month and they kept saying it been delivered, What a joke! I’ve received nothing. There was nothing wrong with the address - just a scam! I haven’t received a thing! DO NOT BUY!!!

Paid my money for 2 items but never received them. Ignorant responses. Refuse to refund or send my order again. They say it is stuck in transit.....for 32 days??? SCAM

My experience was the same as others they said I put the wrong address of course I didn't they wouldn't refund me or resend my products I've lost £24 this company are scammers.

I also ordered end of August and still not received my products. I was told something wrong with address, then I would have to pay more for a repeat order. Can have a refund minus postage and cost of product. What a joke. Total scam company DO NOT ORDER

Absolute scam! Do not buy! I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 31st August and it’s now 2nd Nov and still not arrived. I’ve queried this many times over the last month and they kept saying it will arrive. Now they are saying there is a problem with the address and I can either pay for more P&P to resend or get refunded minus P&P!!! What a joke! I’ve received nothing. There was nothing wrong with the address - just a scam! I’m not paying more to get the product I actually ordered and a refund will be a few pounds after P&P - such a rip off. We are at a stale mate as I want a full refund or the actual mascara and they’re saying pay more even though I haven’t received a thing! DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered the eyebrow pencil (buy one and get two) on 20th October. I got nervous because it appeared from reviews like this, that the site is a scam. However, I needn't have worried as my mascaras arrived today - 31st October. Great product as described.

Ordered products at the beginning of September and the shipping updates randomly stopped 3 weeks ago. I have contacted both shipping and colagely and had no response.

Delivery in 10 days to Scotland, Uk, for my 3 mascaras which was pretty good, haven’t had a chance to use one yet as I’m ill but they look the real deal 🙂👍🏼 I can see some people complaining of not receiving their product which almost made me report this as a scam to PayPal and cancel my order but I’m glad I waited to see. Would recommend taking screenshots of everything to be safe as my experience has been positive but obviously I can’t speak for everyone. Hope this helps!
