I was overcharged, I noticed & raised straight away, told me I'd ticked something that's why - rubbish I agreed to be paid a certain amount they overcharged. They refunded difference, however, still waiting for my products 3 weeks later. Getting tracking info from 2 different places xborderecommerce & shiping @ 24hservice.vip asked them about it, given a 3rd tracking number and site, TN not recognised on site. Keep getting told tracking system being upgraded, error with tracking & to be 'patient', no straight answers. I commented on FB about overcharge, they deleted & sent snotty PM. I have been banned from replying to their customer service messages which is where I was communicating with them. It's a scam.

I ordered mascara then checked my account and they had overcharged me. I emailed the company and they replied to me straight away and refunded me the difference. The mascara came in 10 days

Ultimate uplifter bra uplifts nothing! Complained that the bra was not as described and was told to give it away and order another in the correct size as shipping costs too high to return it. Also invoiced one price but charged my PalPal account more. PayPal dealt with it for me.

Overcharged my credit card and I asked them to cancel order before despatch. They didn’t and have refused refund.

I was about to order when I thought I’d better check Trustpilot first. I commented about the scam review and I’ve been blocked from commenting so I would definitely avoid. A genuine company would have addressed the comment not just deleted it and blocked me.

Scammers - associated with "xboarderecommerce" DO NOT USE "Colaley.com" they, as many others change their name/set-up new names/companies but continue to bill (often more than the invoice total) to your card.
