DO NOT ORDER!! 1. I was overcharged for my order and haven't had a refund 2. I have had an allergic reaction to the mascara - puffy eyes and red spots on my skin (may just be my sensitive skin, so be wary) 3. It does not work at all like the videos on their facebook page, it is gloopy and not waterproof at all 4. If you try to engage with their customer service or write a bad review on the facebook ad you get blocked/told to have a nice day

ordered shorts in late January to the uk arrived 20feb. The finish was dire with lots of poorly finished seems and threads. very thin material almost see through . material 40% cotton/60 polyester. I did photograph the poor quality issues so they can see the quality I complained and was told to cut the threads and they said the standard was satisfactory but would tell there manufacturers. i emailed again saying this was poor customer service as well as a poor product. i am now trying to obtain the return address but that seems to be an issue too. If they read this hopefully someone with good customer services might have a a resposnse on how to return

I ordered from this company on the 13/1/2023 The order was over £60 still not delivered 18/2/2023 When I contact them the answers is be patient have a good day I paid by Pay Pal so I’m going to report them Don’t order I was stupid

Ordered the mushroom head cc cream. Terrible! Watery, cheap and even had a thumb print on the inside of the box! No joy with customer services they just kept passifying anything I said by responding Have a nice day, we will try to help. Would not acknowledge my return. Cancelled my klarna payment and posted back to the sender address!

Not even 1 star! Absolutely disgraceful site! Do not order! Scammers! Ordered 2 mascaras - buy 2 get 1 free. Took 16 days to arrive- only 2 mascaras and not the ones they advertised! Awful. Appalling. Made me out to be a liar too! Saying they had packaged 3, after I’d been in the recycle bin to get the original package!!

I edited my review as I received my order. I thought this was a scam. I also got 1 for free. It took almost a month to receive it and I am from UK. Customer Service is useless but still thankful I got my order.

They charger me the wrong amount (obviously more than they should) and they don't answer emails when you contact them. Awful service

I just placed an order and I was to pay £15.44 but when I paid it, it charged £18.63 to my card. Not happy. Update: I have since received a refund of the overcharge and an acknowledgement that there was a glitch on their system. I am now getting emails every couple of days with the tracking status of my order. I will give a further update when / if I received my order.
