Why have I done this. No order received and overcharged! Facebook must be responsible for these s a Chinese companies

AVOID THIS CON COMPANY. Ordered a bra - extremely cheap material & not even close to my size, which I made sure I ordered correctly. Emailed customer service (not sure they know what the word means!) Not interested. Told me it was correct to size, if not happy give it to someone else & offered £2 refund.....insult!! SAVE YOUR MONEY & DONT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!

Collagen serum. Do not buy, it doesn’t do what they say it does. No temporary quick result. It does nothing. Sheer waste of money.

Absolute rip off company. Ordered an item and the sizing was completely wrong. I asked to return, the response I got was "It will cost you a lot to return, why don't you give to someone and we will refund you £2" These scammers depend on this, give you £2 back but they're still making a profit and you're left with something that's bad quality and doesn't fit. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible customer service, more money was taken than the order value, hoping I haven't been scammed and I actually receive the goods I ordered.

Goods not delivered, no refund despite them charging ‘insurance’ no response to repeated emails other than a standard ‘you need to contact the carrier’ Then they blocked my comments on FB because I dared to repeat my complaint on their post. DO NOT order from this cowboy company, complete scam artists

Waardeloos .. begin mei iets besteld heel gedoe met bezorging krijg antwoorden in het chinees en andere vage antwoorden..maar nog geen pakje..geef het op heeft geen zin! Dus geen pakje en geld kwijt..nooit weer!!

Besteld vanuit een Facebook marketing site. 2 mascaras besteld en al een tijdje (6weken nu) in NL. Hun antw is: We are so sorry for what happened. As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office because of (the insufficient address you left for your order.) What’s more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. In this case, we have two solutions for you: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. 2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. Waiting for your choice. Thanks for your understanding. Terwijl mijn adres gewoon klopt. Enige wat ze willen is meer geld. GEEN AANKOPEN DOEN!!!!
