I am delighted to say that I received products I purchased this morning. They were shipped quickly and though the tracking was a little confusing I am happy to rate the customer service as excellent. Maybe depends on what you are buying but I can't fault this company and I was sceptical based on previews reviews. Well done Colaley ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Ordered December 2022. Now end of May 2023. Item still hasn’t arrived. Numerous emails between me and Colaley. Apparently the item arrived in Scotland in January but somehow they can’t find it. Asked for refund at least 6 times and I get the bog standard response - “we are looking into your complaint”. Anyone know how I can proceed?

Besteld via een advertentie op Facebook. Dom achteraf! 5 april 2023 besteld en het is nu 18 mei. Track en trace zegt dat het in NL is als een maand(!) Gezien de andere recensies ben ik bang de mascara's nooit te zullen ontvangen. Site opent ook niet meer?!

If I could, I would rate this company as a zero. Ordering items from Colaley should be avoided like the plague. They are the worse service I have ever experienced. I ordered and paid for goods in March, it is now May and I have still not received them. Please save your money, DON'T buy from Colaley, as you will most likely pay for items that you will not receive. I can now understand why Colaley are known as a scam. Unfortunately I have found this out the hard way, hopefully this review will ensure that nobody else pays for goods that they will not receive.!!

Shocking service, if you can call it that. Was spoken to like dirt from this company after making a simple enquiry. I do have proof of this in writing. Over priced compared to other retailers. Stay away. Reporting to trading standards.

Very poor service, been waiting 8 weeks and no product has arrived!! Customers setvice say I should pop to my local post office to check the tracking!!! They refuse to refund the money and I have since realised it is much cheaper on Amazon
