I ordered the buy one get two free'miracle mascara' on 5th April and I then got the 24hrshipping.vip tracking service. Immediately this was a red flag - China and, possibly, a scam. Usually when thus happens, you get nothing ...or nothing like what you ordered - weeks or months later. It took a staggering 12 days to get from the 'sorting' depot in Miami to US Customs. Based on reviews I checked my bank account. Yes, overcharged. It was refunded after complaining. The suspicious tracking was also raised and, only when I threatened to cancel and called them out on it, did my mascara appear...with a 48 hour Evri delivery postal stamp. Considering I'd just been notified it was at US Customs the day before (16th) this was astonishing! A highly suspicious company with a habit of overcharging, false tracking details and the ability to find and ship your order from the UK - if you make enough fuss. The mascara? Just a basic waterproof mascara which you cannot use more than one coat and is difficult to remove. I won't be buying anything else. You shouldn't either. Always check trustpilot first. I should have.

Like a lot of people I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! Bought the Mushroom air cushion concealer, absolutely useless did not cover anything at all. Told not to return it as it would cost too much & was offered £2. This is the second Company in China that have refused to refund faulty items & offered a ridiculous amount in compensation. Never ever will I buy from China again they are con artists. Companies like this should be closed down.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely disgusting company. Ordered 2 bras that were advertised as good quality and supportive which they were not! The size was completely wrong so contacted them for an exchange which they refused so asked for a refund again they said no I suggest you give them to someone else!!! How is this company still operating? Customer service is non existent. I wish I looked this company up before ordering lesson learnt never again! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MONEY GRABBING COMPANY!!

WARNING, please,please do not order anything from colaley. I ordered 2 mascara's which are not fit for the purpose they were intended for. They are too wet and gloopy leaving just a mess on Yr eye lashes. When I wiped the mascara off it looked like soot on my face!!! My order was for 15.98 and they charged my credit card 19.18. PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE RUBBISH.

I ordered a mascara (QIC 2 in 1)! Two mascara’s for 1 price! I was a bit stupid to read the reviews after ordering. So many negative reactions. But after 3 weeks I received only 1 mascara instead of 2! 😡 Where is the other one?

I ordered 3 mascaras (buy 2 get 1 free) and I only received one. Been going backwards and forwards trying to resolve this. I sent them photos of the packaging and what was inside as they asked me to and their response was "the weight was correct at the time of posting". Ive asked for proof that my parcel contained what I ordered but now just being ignored!!!! I've tried to find out how to raise a formal complaint but again received no reply. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

Wish I'd read reviews first, ordered bra which doesn't fit, website states customers are allowed refund, I've requested to return item,they have refused & say item was delivered which is not being disputed, I was also overcharged which was refunded. Still in dispute & want a refund!

Waited over a month still no sign of any of the items purchased
