not worthy of 1 * shocking company con merchants never give them your money !!

Wouldn’t even provide one star!! Company shipped the items and the quality is appalling. The sizing is completely off!! I emailed the company to request details to return the items and they responded asking for a photo of the packaging for the QR codes. I provided this and I conveniently haven’t heard anything since despite chasing a further 5 times in 3 weeks. Absolute scamming company do not purchase!!!

This is the worst product, worst customer service and worst outcome from a company I have ever experienced. Everything is the comments is true. I opened a dispute with paypal and went backwards and forward with the Chinese customer service team and now Paypal have closed the case because I was a day late responding to their most recent message (Iwas in hospital) and I now have no where to go with it. I'm now £29.99 out of pocket. STAY CLEAR. UPDATE on this; I made a further complaint to Paypal about my case and made them aware of the Trustpilot reviews and also a Malaware site saying they were a scam company and I have finally got my money back in full, so suggest anyone who paid via Paypal to open a case. You can also complain to your bank and can get money back through them apparently.

Absolute rubbish. 1 star is too generous. Sharp edges. No shaping, material rolls. Not true sizing. Customer support useless. Offers £2, then 3 then 6.99 refund. Then wants item back for full refund. Won't pay return shipping. Cost to return to CHINA more than cost of item AVOID THIS COMPANY

DO NOT …. Fall victim to this company . I repeat everything that people are saying about them in their reviews Very poor quality, wrong size even when I used the size calculator. Told me to give it to a friend( wouldn’t insult them) They said postage would cost me too much and not worth it . Paid with PayPal and it was more than what it stated after I had finished the transaction. Was offered £3 compensation , said they were trying to help me. I’m the one losing out so how is that helping ME! Said I can keep it . It’s gone in the Bin because that is all it’s fit for . SCAM !

Wish i had read reviews 1st. Sizing wrong quality is rubbish. Won’t give u return address and offered £2 for a £14 item. I’ve opened a refund with PayPal and they are now offering £5. DO NOT buy from them

The customer service and return process is deliberately designed to be absolutely impossible to communicate with. On top of that, delivery times are ridiculously long and you can’t even change your mind. Do not buy from this company, unless you want to kiss goodbye to your hard earned money on products that fail to deliver.

Disgusting company! Do not buy from them. Followed their so call sizing chart and the items they sent did not fit and were poor quality! Their customer service is a joke, offering me £3 compensation with the refusal to return the items for a refund or even the option to exchange! Saying they didn’t send me the wrong item! Not the point! Instead saying they fought hard with their supervisor to offer me this pitiful amount and to give the item to a friend! Darn it, I wish I checked on here first!!!
