Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I bought! Awful people to deal with. Poor sizing. No returns policy. Apparently it costs a fortune to return them! Iriots! What a laugh. These people give internet shopping a bad name.

Avoid! Like so many others I have fallen for this scam company. The bras advertised looked amazing and were everything I needed in a good bra. When I received them they were awful. Bad sizing, terrible quality and offered no support whatsoever. When I contacted the company I have been fobbed off with a variety of excuses such as it’ll cost me more to return them, they have checked with the warehouse and my order is correct so they can’t refund me and even had the cheek to offer me £4 back when I paid so much more! Absolutely awful and somebody should investigate this company and close it down immediately.

Let's see if I get a response to my email! Doubt it! I would like to return my order. These bras are definitely not as advertised. I bought these through a link on Facebook and the advertisement made them look such good quality and promised no back bulge or spillages. I even sized up, just to be sure and they are awful! The cups don't even hold a double D breast, they actually are the same size as my daughters B cup bra! I have to constantly pull the back and sides down and the cups up! I wore this for work and felt so uncomfortable, there's completely zero structure to the material! Its just been cut and stitched and the straps are awful! On the advertisement they look so nice and feminine and promise to be everything every woman needs in a bra and they are nothing more than cheap and tacky! Thank god I paid by klarna, I have reported the problem and await your response to what I should do with these scraps of crap!

Same experience as others on here. Company took more money from my PayPal account than was agreed and items ship from the USA, which is not mentioned anywhere on their site. I keep getting shipping notices so presumably even more will be charged once the package arrives at customs. The email link provided by PayPal just goes to their homepage and no way of contacting. Waiting for PayPal to sort it out. Luckily I paid through them and took a copy of the original invoice. Don’t go near these people. Facebook are continuing running ads for scam companies and it just shouldn’t be allowed. 😡

I’m joining the company called Colaley ‘ripped me off’ group. I too feel rather stupid for falling for this. Add on charges were made without authorisation and the product is rubbish - poor size and bad quality!!! They will not refund and say the cost to return would be more than what it’s worth. It is clearly a scam to get rid of crap merchandise!!! They should be stopped from advertising and scamming good people. 😡😡😡😡

Do not buy anything from this company as is absolutely rubbish!! I have ordered a bra that looked great on Facebook, perfect for a bigger breasts but when arrived was completely opposite. Now arguing with them as they won't accept the return and don't want to give a refund. Absolutely shocking!

Oh dear. I read some positive reviews before I ordered. They are totally unacceptable. Very poor quality and sizes are not true to size. I have emailed to ask to return them for a full refund. Based on these reviews I suspect this is very unlikely..I think Facebook should be held accountable for companies they allow to advertise and then do not produce quality goods or allow refunds.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. My wife ordered bras £24.99 yesterday, looked at her banking app and saw she was being charged £31. Tried to get in touch with them support this does not exist , it’s fake and just keeps taking you back to home pages . My advice if you do order , but please DO NOT and before payment take a screen shot of the order showing the amount payable, you have to be quick as it flashes off very quickly. When they send you a confirmation of order is doesn’t show the amount. This way if you claim through your c.card you have proof of order. We have already contacted our bank and will be making a claim that the company is fraudulent.
