AVOID! I can see from reading the other reviews here that i've just been scammed by this company! Not usually so gullible, I ordered after seeing the positive reviews on FB and without doing the proper research. 6 weeks and still waiting for my order. Now after reading other reviews about how terrible the products are I don't care if it does arrive.

Ordered from this company on 2nd Sept, I still haven't received my order. I will be contacting PayPal for a refund, as looking at the reviews, I have more chance of flying to the moon! (Probably would get there quicker!) Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Took 4 weeks to deliver my item, which didn’t fit and was poorly made, emailed to make a return, was given a link to customer services, clicked on the link, took me to the website, had various links to click on for disputes or returning items, which all said to contact customer services, but no info on how to contact them, clicked no to was the useful and it came up with contact us, clicked on this which took me to live chat, entered the order number in and I was told this was a payment page and not customer services page. Cannot contact customer services at all. And no info on refunds. Scam company do not buy from here!!!

Item never arrived, no dispatch email or tracking info received after ordering. When I checked the order status on their site it said "not found". Emailed customer support, automated reply advising me to consult the Customer Service System for a quicker response. It was just a bot. Several emails back and forth with Colalley fobbing me off. Couldn't give me a delivery date or tracking number, just told to wait another 2 days as it was 'on its way'. Load of crap. After one month, went via PayPal for a refund and this was provided instantly. !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

So happy I read the reviews first before shelling out on 8 bras . I think trust pilot needs to have words with insta , fb etc or just get someone on their staff that checks the review before indorsing the ads. Thank you guys

If I could leave a zero review I would, sizes completely out, they wouldn't exchange and offered me compensation starting at £1 I spent £25 so an now out of pocket with a useless product, I've wish is read reviews before purchasing... total rip off company

Really disappointed 😞 bought the bra thinking ' what a clever idea n I've got to get one of those ' Sadly , Ladies...its just another disappointment for large breasted women. The concept is good , but it just doesn't lift and support , all because it has weak cheap straps , consequently your boobs sink to the floor ...ah well ..in the bin !
