If you want to get ripped off go ahead… never received my order

This company is a complete shambles they have a size chart which is supposed to marri up with our uk sizes but they are not compatible at all therefore when my order arrived it was too small when I complained they just said give it to someone didn’t want to give a refund and wanted me to pay for the postage back to china which I refused as the look extra money from my account which I did not authorise. I asked them why they had taken extra from my account but they never gave me an answer.There is no customer service and it’s all a bit of a hit & miss which goes round and round in circles as their English is very poor to enable us to communicate with this company to sort any problems out.So my advice is stick with a uk.company and give this one a big MISS it’s just too much hassle and life is too short.

Genuinely avoid disappointment and avoid this company. Bra was nowhere near the size of should've been on their size chart. They send you round the houses on the live chat. I paid by PayPal knowing I was covered, stupidly I should've read feedback first and I wouldn't have ordered anyway. But I opened a case on PayPal, sent photos of their bra and one of mine side by side to show how small it was, PayPal ruled in my favour and have refunded me. It's a scam company, cheap foreign rubbish.

The bra size calculator is not correct. Their returns policy says that you can return- but guess what? You can’t! They are not based in the UK so you can’t enforce section 75 of the consumer regulations. They operate a ‘chat’ system- which appears to be operated by a computer, with standard answers to everything you type to them. They suggested that I give the bra to a friend! I did however manage to get a $5 US refund by continually pestering them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. this company is a total scam. and I really hope they get shut down. I made a purchase on 4/09 and I immediately noticed they overcharged me 25%!!!! The order refers to one amount but more was charged from the account. I tried to contact them countless times. No reply just some dodgy email which takes you to AI which basically asks you to wait for the order to arrive. DOES NOT LET YOU CANCEL OR TALK TO ANYONE. I reported this to PayPal who refunded me for the overcharge, but I don't want the order anymore (it still has not arrived, 27/9 today). Do not buy anything from them.

Absolutely awful company! The sizes are tiny even though they say they uk sizes. When contact customer support they want me to pay for return postage to China which costs more than the item cost in first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Beautiful fabric and colour but sizing all wrong. Far too small. When I left a 3 star review on their site they deleted it. I tried again and it disappeared for a second time.
