Excellent customer service. Truly great. Ease of set up is a 5 star. I’m a 65 year old 125 lb lb woman and did it by myself. The cardboard breakdown is the hardest part. Love it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about the Coddle Couch!!! Bought it for extra sleeping space for a lakehouse but my son slept on it the first night and won’t give it up! Sooooo...May be making a second purchase. 💜

They definitely live up to their name. I purchased the couch, ottoman and the chair at different times and each time they were delivered ahead of schedule. They not only send you reminders, but call you as well. I would give Coddle 10 stars if I could and could also say, I've got hot furniture. Great buy!

Unbelievable service, follow through and beautiful materials. Thank you so much!

I was treated with respect by all of the people along the route to my getting the sofa that I wanted. Everyone was cheerful and helpful, and I am very pleased
