CoddleReviews of coddleme.com

The couch is pretty good for a modular inexpensive sleeper. It isn’t as good as my friends 7,000 sofa….but for the price it is great. The delivery was really good unlike the other review. I bought during th4 Black Friday sale-so everyone was really busy. There was a bit of confusion, but it was cleared up and the accommodated a late afternoon delivery. The men who brought and set up the sofa were wonderful

The company reached out to let us know what date it would be delivered. They failed however to tell us that the delivery truck would have only the driver and no assistance to unload this sofa! While we are very happy with the product, this delivery service is abysmal. I had to get a neighbor to help us get this off of the truck and into the house, and that was also using the help of the driver. It’s a very heavy item and required three people to lift it. They really need to tell you upfront that there’s only going to be a driver. Actually they really need to include a delivery person with the driver!! The sofa bed itself is very comfortable and we are pleased with it but I can’t emphasize enough how much they need to change their delivery process. If you unwrap the sofa outside of the house to get it in, the driver cannot touch the sofa once you’ve opened the box and cannot help you.

I got the Toggle Reclining Chair Root (Smart Suede). Overall, I am pretty happy and I sit on it every day (as I am typing this review). The material is soft and has a nice touch. I would say it is very slightly springy (I like ones that completely sink down), but it settles and sinks well! The only complaint I have is that the legs are slightly off/not balanced. It's also relatively lightweight so it moves around too with heavy movements.

Excellent customer service. Truly great. Ease of set up is a 5 star. I’m a 65 year old 125 lb lb woman and did it by myself. The cardboard breakdown is the hardest part. Love it!

Well built, quality materials, looks great. Unfortunately being 6’5” 230lbs, the furniture is a bit soft and less supportive (primarily the seat cushions) which is a bummer. Adding denser foam would make this a 5 star product.

Great couch. Comfortable for smaller people but not very useful for tall people as the couch is not very deep

Ordering and shipping I will give 5 stars ⭐️ Kristi Roberson was more than helpful. Delivery was a mess. Their was only 1 person to deliver my coddle ( not his fault ) and had to leave it in the lobby and couldn’t take up to the 3rd floor where I live which annoyed the manager. I had paid for white glove service, which the delivery man had with him and knew nothing about what it meant. I was able to get 2 friends to get it up my apartment, put it together and remove the packaging then take it to the recycling center and dispose of it. Again, Kristi Roberson was there and eased my anxiety throughout the whole mess up. God bless her she was professional and calming to me throughout the whole time . She deserves 10 stars.

I LOVE my sofa!. It is everything I was hoping for. It was super easy to set up and it is amazingly comfortable. I love my choice which is funny because I was so nervous ordering it without actually sitting in it. I am so happy with my choice. I am however extremely unimpressed and annoyed at the delivery service which was the worst part of my experience thus far. I was never notified of a window for delivery. I was called and left a message with a phone number which I called several times and was met with only a busy signal. I then received a phone call several days later that they would be at my home in 15 minutes. Thank goodness we were home. My friend met them at our gate to direct them to my RV. They refused to follow him and told the lady at the front desk they were leaving the package. When she saw how big it was she refused. When I went to speak to him and asked him to follow me he told me , "No" and recanted it following my insistence that the sofa was to be delivered into my home. He half heartedly apologized to my friend but the ordeal was very frustrating. I know I put my space number on my original order but It was not on the delivery order. Long story short it was finally delivered to our living room and we have been enjoying its comfort ever since.
