The customer service is very friendly, supportive, and helpful. Answered very quickly and I ordered a ring that is a beautiful but needed a size up and they were willing to assist me to get a bigger size. I got a mom and son ring ❤️

The ring is absolutely beautiful, unfortunately I was wrong on the sizing and emailed support to ask about an exchange. Sarah got back to me quickly, within a day and confirmed she’d get a larger size out to me right away. She was wonderful to work with and I give Cocojewelry 5 stars for the quality of the ring and their great customer service.

I saw Coco Jewelry on Facebook and they had a beautiful ring that I knew would look great on my wife. Checkout and shipping was quick and easy. When we got the ring it was just as lovely as the pictures on the Coco shop. However, I got one size too big so it didn't fit her ring finger. I emailed Coco and received a prompt response and they helped me quickly and painlessly - they sent out a new ring the next day. Customer service was excellent. I'd absolutely buy from them again and recommend their store to others.
