I have only had positive experiences with Love Coco Jewelry. First off, I love the style and quality. Secondly, every interaction I have required with their support team has been phenomenal. They have been eager to help me and grateful of me. Lastly, I have been so pleased I came back for more lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I ordered a silver ring for my daughter for Christmas and she ended up wanting gold. Love Coco Jewelry quickly helped me resolve this and shipped a new one out.

Beautiful ring, the lotus flower is perfect. I got matching rings for my daughter and I. Customer service was so helpful!

I ordered the wrong size and they were more than happy to send the correct size without me having to send back the original. Now that's great customer service!

Such a cute ring! It didn’t fit right the first time and they were so great about getting the right size to me. Will shop here again!

I was extremely happy with the quality of the ring and necklace that I purchased as well as the customer service. The jewellery comes in really nice packaging with a note regarding the piece. These would make great gifts! I had to contact customer service because I had listed the wrong address and they sent a prompt and helpful response. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Hello, I ordered a bracelet and then saw another I preferred. I emailed and they explained that my order had already left the warehouse, but I could exchange it upon receipt. I just want to say that the customer service team was quick to reply and professional. I would be happy to buy from here again! Thanks, Jennifer
