I have purchased seral items from this company and never have I been disappointed. The customer service is out of this world. I will be purchasing again in the future from them.

I ordered a ‘Strong as F….’ bracelet for my granddaughter who is a nurse in a neonatal intensive care unit - a highly stressful and often draining job. The bracelet is beautiful and she absolutely loves it. Service was fast and efficient - highly recommended. Pauline

I ordered the husband/ wife ring, but it didn't fit; however when I contacted customer service, they offered to replace it. They were very responsive and offered to make it right.

I had a great experience with Love Coco Jewelry. Their customer service was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. I accidentally ordered the wrong ring size, but they kindly allowed me to exchange it without any hassle. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and looks even better in person. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service!

Responsive customer service. Positive interaction via email and prompt resolution. Slightly overpriced for the quality, but the uniqueness of their products is worth it.
