I am Ramon Rosario. I was yesterday at coast dental in West Chapel to have a procedure done. I had Dr. S taking care of me and also Alex they were extremely great and patient with me. Took very good care of me made me feel real comfortable. I thank God for them. My day was very easy there and I was there for a long time. I came out very happy with what they’ve done for me till next time thanks guys.

Where to start. This was a decent dental clinic, I'm not sure what happened but they are terrible now. After my last routine cleaning, they gave massive list of issues that I would need to get fixed. With any big purchase like this, I thought it would be good to get a second opinion, and boy am I glad I did. The next dental office I went to took a look, and said I needed a cleaning (again?) but that there was no cavities. I double checked on that since Coast dental made it clear I needed to get a filling. The new office went as far as to show me the Xrays confirming I did NOT need the fillings. I switched over to the new office, and thought that was the end. Almost a year later, I get a random bill from Coast Dental. Trying to reach the office for an explanation is nearly impossible. The best bet option is to call all the branches until you reach someone, they'll have another number they can call to get ahold of you local office.

Everyone is terrific

The Dr did well explaining everything as it happened. She was very reassuring. I did not feel pain at all. I did have two concerns as a new patient. I would've preferred to complete all payments either before or after the actual procedure, and not while I'm reclined back in the chair with my mouth numb and having to pull out a form of payment. I did not appreciate that. My other concern was that maybe the assistants or dental techs can wipe the patient's mouth with vaseline or water before releasing them, seeing as how the patient's face is numb, and they can't feel all the white crud around their mouth from the teeth scraping and fluoride treatment. Just give the patients the care that you would want to receive. Overall, my first visit was good.

My very first appointment I had with Coastal Dental was GREAT!!! The entire staff were so nice and did a terrific job on everything they did. All the xrays and tests were done on fantastic and quick up to date equipment!. I have my next appointment for a deep cleaning and I am so excited to finally have a fantastic Dentist and staff caring for my teeth!! I recommend Coastal Dental to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to have their teeth exceptionally taken care of believe me...Coastal Dental is the place to truly get wonderful service and HAPPY TEETH!

The exam room was disgustingly filthy. I'm no neat-freak but the place looked like it has never been cleaned - ever - since WWI. Get a cleaning service! The floors & walls were the opposite of sanitary. The nice young gal who took me to the room had no idea what I was there for (hadn't read the notes), then proceeded to tell me I needed x-rays and a full exam which I didn't. I just needed an impression for a replacement partial. When I made the appointment I clearly confirmed that these were not necessary. She placed my partial directly on a plastic tray table without a paper - again, unsanitary since I had to put it back in my mouth. She was covered head to toe in surgical garb with a face mask and gloves. What good are gloves if she touches everything with them? Good for her, not for me. The only bright spot was Marie, the receptionist. She was super-nice and informative. We walked out.

When you have to discuss people financial issues it should be done privately not yelling it out in your lobby.

When I have a dental appointment at Coast Dental, Dr. Y. Dorrian and her staff are professional and polite. I am informed and educated on my treatment.
