Coast DentalReviews of coastdental.com

Coast Dental provided friendly and professional service from checking in; during examination and treatment; and checking out.

My experience was pleasant. The staff I met were all professional, respectful, and helpful. They communicated properly and explained things clearly, and I am pleased with my interactions with them. I will sure visit again.

The staff was very informative

Dr Scott Horovitz is amazing!! I had just switched to him and was amazed my first time at how friendly he and his entire staff was. This is not a dentist office that gets it right every once in a while. Every time I am greeted with smiling faces working there. They were able to squeeze me in the same day for a tooth repair. I sincerely thank you for going above and beyond my expectations. You all are truly setting a whole new level of customer service. Thank You!!

The experience was very disappointing. Much of the equipment was not working and appeared outdated, and we had concerns about the site's cleanliness. We were also overcharged for previously paid invoices and received no support in resolving the issue. I will not return.

Coast Dental is a wonderful facility with helpful, caring staff. In their care plans, your needs are listed and explained, as I am very inquisitive with the when, what and why. Questions are addressed and answered with patience for your understanding. In a recent experience, the staff taking care of me were apologetic when having to inform of "unfortunate" news needing to be handled. They were informed of great appreciation for providing honest care.

I had a grandiose experience during my initial visit at Coastal Dental!

Friendly and professional staff, I been able to take care of all my dental needs
